First Years

This page contains some links that you may find helpful in preparing for/during your year with WesternISA and UWO. Make sure to checkk them out, as they have some very valuable information!

• O-Week 2011 (The Western Dimension) - This is the official website for the BEST WEEK OF YOUR LIFE! Check it out for the schedule, events, and much more!

• Residence At Western - Has information on living in residence at UWO, virtual tours of the various residences, meal plan and residence fee information, provides access to your Residence account (where you can access your Residence Statement of Account, etc.). Also has an online copy of the 2010/2011 Residence Handbook and Understandings, which you will receive a hard copy of in the mail, which has information on all the basic questions about residence (movie-in day information and dates, internet, furniture, what to bring/what not to bring, etc.).

• Campus Maps at Western - Here, you can find all the maps you need relating to campus, including parking maps and driving directions to the University. The map you'll find most useful, though, will probably be this one right here (it has everything you really need to find your way around campus as a student).

• UWO Student Center - Logging in gives you access to your program information, registered classes, academic records, etc. This is where you add your classes to make your schedule (most of you will have had help with that already at SAO this year, so keep this in mind for next year's registration!). You will also fing your Detailed Statement of Account for your tuition here, as it becomes available.

• Student Services @ Western - Logging in gives you access to your class list, printable schedule, personalized textbook list, and more.

• The Office of the Registrar - Valuable information on courses, finances, student records, exam schedules, faculty, important dates, and more.
